I am an algebraic topologist and data scientist with a focus on questions in computational neuroscience and biology. I lead the mathematics group on Algebraic Topology and Networks in Biology (AlgTopNetBio) at the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics and the Center for Systems Biology Dresden.
